48. Are senolytics a form of rejuvenation?

Senolytics (and senomorphic approaches) can be viewed as rejuvenation in a narrow sense: they reduce a specific late-life burden (senescent cells/SASP), which can improve tissue function and systemic signaling. They do not reset all aspects of biological age, and their net benefit will depend on selectivity, dosing schedules, and the balance between beneficial and harmful senescent programs.
